30 Days of Hockey Hotties is over! We hope you enjoyed it!
Luke & Brayden Schenn of the Philadelphia Flyers are our thirtieth day of hockey hotties for #30daysofhockeyhotties (going out with a bang ya’ll!)
Oh that smile it makes us melt. He has represented Canada internationally, winning a gold medal at the 2008 World Junior Ice Hockey Championships and a silver medal at the 2009 World Ice Hockey Championships. Schenn was a key contributor to the Maple Leafs’ efforts to honour Canada’s military. During his rookie season, he donated $10,000 to start Luke’s Troops, a charity which allows Canadian servicemen and women to attend the team’s home games as Schenn’s guest.
His little brother isn’t bad looking either 🙂
Brayden was selected by the LA Kings 5th overall in the first round of the 2009 NHL entry draft. Brayden won two silver medals at the 2010 and 2011 World Junior Ice Hockey Championships. At the 2011 tournament, Schenn tied Canada’s record for points in a single tournament, and was selected to the Tournament’s All-Star Team as well as being named Top Forward, and Most Valuable Player. In 2011 Brayden was traded to the Philadelphia Flyers…which we could not be any more ecstatic about if we tried. Brayden is force to be reckoned with, and we’re so glad he’s on our favorite team!
